Follow the path visualized above to the farming shop near the bottom middle of Eggland Center. Press "E" to interact with the shopkeeper and open the shop. Left-click to purchase 1 at a time, to purchase 10 at a time hold down CTRL and press left-click.
A greenhouse can be found on any plot in Eggland. You can either walk to the nearest plot or teleport to one of your own either using the plot menu in your inventory with the heart icon or by using the input field on the left of your screen labeled "Enter Plot #". Walk into the greenhouse door to go inside.
If your seeds are in your inventory then move them into your hotbar. Select the seeds from your hotbar by clicking, scrolling, or pressing the associated number key to that slot. Once they are selected they should show beside your cursor. Click on any empty dirt tile to plant the seeds.
Select the watering can in your hotbar. Hover over the unwatered seeds and press the left mouse button. Once the seeds have been watered the cursor will change to an hourglass indicating they have started growing.
Crops can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to mature, to learn the growth time of a crop hover over the seeds in your inventory and read the description. You can tell if a crop is fully matured by hovering over it. If your cursor is an hourglass then there they're still growing, if your cursor looks like the one in the image above then they're ready to be harvested. Left-click on the matured crop to harvest it. An item will drop, and walk into it to collect it.
Head back to the shopkeeper at the farming shop in Eggland Center. Press "E" to interact with the NPC at the shop. Once you have the shop open you can hover over items in your inventory to see their sell price, if there is no price then that item cannot be sold. Left-click to sell 1 at a time, to sell 10 at a time hold down CTRL and press left-click. Crops always sell for more than their seeds cost and seeds sell for less than they cost.
